Standard insured delivery arrives in 3–5 working days. Express next-day service is available in the UK, EU and continental US when ordered before 14:00 local time.
Bottles travel in moulded pulp cradles inside double-walled cartons. Decanters and collector pieces ship in bespoke foam flight cases at no additional cost.
On DDP routes duty and import tax are prepaid, so nothing is owed on arrival. Elsewhere the estimate shown at checkout is collected by the carrier before delivery.
An adult aged 18 or over (21 in the US) must sign for every delivery. Carriers will attempt delivery three times before returning a parcel to our warehouse.
Orders above $150 qualify for complimentary insured standard shipping. Club members receive free shipping on every order regardless of value.
